Ally Coll, Co-Founder

Ally Coll is the Co-Founder of the Purple Campaign, a non-profit organization whose mission is to address workplace harassment. She is an attorney and a nationally recognized expert, thought leader, writer, and public speaker on gender equality in the workplace and the #MeToo movement. Her writing has been published in the Washington Post, Fortune , PBS NewsHour , Law360 , Roll Call , Bloomberg Law , the Harvard Journal on Legislation , The Hill, and Jezebel . She is also an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies at George Mason University.

Jessica Patterson, Co-Founder

Jessica Patterson co-founded the Purple Campaign alongside Ally Coll in the wake of the #MeToo movement. As a co-founder, Jessica spearheaded fundraising, website development, marketing and PR for the organization. Jessica also assisted in the initial development of the corporate certification program through which the organization partnered with companies in the tech industry to recommend new policies and best practices and to implement training for employees. Jessica is also the host of the “How I Met Myself” podcast, launching in the spring of 2023.
